Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) - Summary- Lead and manage a primary care clinic focused on senior patients with complex needs
- Oversee clinical operations, provider performance, and patient care quality
- Directly supervise a small patient panel for more meaningful healthcare delivery
- Engage in strategic initiatives for clinic growth and value-based care transformation
- Manage and mentor primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs)
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, comprehensive care for seniors with multiple chronic illnesses
- Participate in and lead training programs such as PCP Black Belt, leadership pathways, and operational excellence
- Oversee center financial performance, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with in-house specialists and holistic health service providers
- Support initiatives for sales, growth, and community outreach
- Champion a culture of continuous clinical improvement and teamwork
- Facilitate access to care, including patient transportation solutions

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum of one year clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Demonstrated leadership experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally as required
