As a Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO), you will manage a small patient panel and lead a high-performing team of primary care providers and nurse practitioners, ensuring the highest quality of care and operational efficiency. Our clinics are equipped with in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other fields, as well as holistic health services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling. These resources enable a truly integrated approach to patient health and wellness.
Located in Richmond, VA, our clinic offers a great work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekend shifts. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician (MD or DO) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty. Candidates should have at least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting, and leadership experience is preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are required, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally as needed.

- Participate in and facilitate training programs for providers
- Collaborate with in-house specialists and holistic health teams
- Support clinic operations and contribute to growth initiatives

- MD or DO degree required
