The Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) position offers the opportunity to manage a manageable patient panel of 60-90 seniors, each typically living with three to five chronic conditions. Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) – Summary- Lead clinical and operational excellence in a primary care outpatient setting for seniors
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including in-house specialists and holistic care providers
- Drive quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
- Mentor and manage a team of PCPs and NPs
- Participate in ongoing leadership training and development
- Supervise and support PCPs and NPs to ensure high standards of patient care
- Manage a small patient panel (60–90 seniors) with complex health profiles
- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and patient satisfaction

- Participate in and lead clinical team meetings and quality initiatives

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
