Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) - Summary
- Lead the clinical operations of a primary care center focused on senior health in Miami, FL.
- Provide direct patient care to a small panel of seniors, ensuring personalized and high-quality healthcare services.
- Mentor and manage a team of Primary Care Physicians and Nurse Practitioners.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide PCPs and NPs in delivering evidence-based care to seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions.
- Manage a small, focused patient panel (60-90 patients) to maintain continuity and quality of care.
- Participate in and lead training programs, including PCP Black Belt Training, Medical Director Essentials, and Leadership Pathways.
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other areas to support holistic care.
- Contribute to clinic growth, patient engagement, and service excellence initiatives.
- Oversee value-based care initiatives and support medical economics and center financial performance.
- Support holistic health services for patients, such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutritional counseling.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
