As the Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient care at our outpatient center. You will manage a small patient panel, allowing you to provide personalized care and build lasting relationships with your patients. Our value-based, team-oriented approach ensures that every provider has the tools and support necessary to deliver exceptional results while maintaining work-life balance.

Leadership is at the core of this role, as you will guide and mentor PCPs (Primary Care Physicians) and NPs (Nurse Practitioners), fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Through specialized training such as PCP Black Belt Training, Center Operations Management, and Leadership Pathways, you will develop your skills and contribute to the overall success of the clinic. Your expertise in medical economics, center financial performance, and growth strategies will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and expanding access to care.

The clinic offers in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other disciplines, along with holistic health services including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling. Patients benefit from door-to-door transportation services, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
