The Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) will oversee clinical operations, lead a team of primary care providers (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), and ensure the consistent delivery of patient-centered, value-based care. The clinic’s unique care model includes a small patient panel size, personalized treatment plans, and comprehensive support services. Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) - Summary
- Lead and manage clinical operations within a patient-centered primary care clinic focused on seniors.
- Supervise and mentor a team of PCPs and NPs to ensure delivery of high-quality, value-based care.
- Champion the organization’s mission to provide affordable, VIP healthcare and improve senior health outcomes.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists and holistic health service providers to deliver comprehensive care.
- Engage in ongoing leadership and professional development through structured training programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations, maintaining a small patient panel (60–90 patients) for personalized care.
- Manage, support, and develop primary care providers and nurse practitioners.
- Implement and monitor value-based care initiatives for seniors with 3–5 chronic diseases.
- Participate in organizational leadership programs, such as PCP Black Belt Training, Center Operations, and Medical Economics.
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists including Cardiology and Podiatry, as well as holistic health practitioners offering services like acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
- Ensure seamless door-to-door patient transportation services to remove barriers to care.
- Drive clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence within the clinic.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (MD/DO).
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in a relevant specialty.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as required.
