In this Medical Director – Primary Care role, you will manage both the clinical and operational aspects of a primary care center, leading a multidisciplinary team of primary care physicians (PCPs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and support staff. The focus is on a small patient panel—up to 250 patients—enabling you to provide personalized, value-based care, particularly for seniors with multiple chronic conditions. You will oversee patient care coordination, implement evidence-based practices, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. Training and support are provided through comprehensive leadership programs and ongoing professional development, which include PCP Black Belt Training, Medical Director and Center Operations, and Leadership Pathways.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. The ability to travel locally and regionally is expected as part of your leadership responsibilities.
