Medical Director – Primary Care (MD, DO)

As a Medical Director – Primary Care, you will oversee the delivery of care to a small patient panel, focusing on seniors with multiple chronic conditions. You will guide primary care providers (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), ensuring superior patient outcomes through value-based care principles. Our ideal Medical Director – Primary Care candidate is board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (MD or DO), and brings a minimum of one year’s clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are desired. You will work collaboratively with consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and more, and support the delivery of holistic health services including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.

Medical Director – Primary Care Summary- Full-time leadership position in a senior-focused outpatient primary care setting
