Medical Director – Primary Care Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to a team of primary care providers and nurse practitioners.
- Oversee and manage a small patient panel (60-90 patients maximum) to ensure personalized, high-quality care.
- Implement and support value-based care initiatives, focusing on seniors with multiple chronic conditions.
- Participate in organizational training programs, including PCP Black Belt Training, Medical Director Operations, and Leadership Pathways.
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists and holistic health service providers.
- Drive clinic growth and operational efficiency through effective management and leadership.
- Engage in medical economics and center financial performance to support strategic objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning within the clinic.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or a related specialty.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as required.
