As a Medical Director – Primary Care, you will oversee a talented team of primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), ensuring exceptional patient outcomes through strong clinical leadership and operational excellence. Our patient panel consists of seniors with multiple chronic conditions who benefit from our holistic approach to care and comprehensive support services, including transportation and access to consulting specialists.

You will receive ongoing professional development in medical economics, center financial performance, and strategies for clinic growth. The Medical Director – Primary Care role is ideal for board certified or board eligible physicians (MD or DO) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics. At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting is required, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and more, while supporting a multidisciplinary approach to patient wellness through services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutritional counseling.

Medical Director – Primary Care Summary- Lead and manage a primary care outpatient clinic serving a senior patient population with complex health needs
- Oversee a team of PCPs and NPs, promoting clinical excellence and operational efficiency
