The Medical Director – Primary Care will manage a small patient panel, typically ranging from 60 to 90 patients, enabling a focus on personalized, quality care rather than volume-driven practice. The patient population primarily consists of seniors coping with multiple chronic illnesses, making experience in geriatric medicine or internal medicine particularly valuable.

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed.
- Proven clinical leader with a passion for primary care and senior health.
- Experience managing or mentoring a multidisciplinary clinical team.
