Medical Director – Primary Care
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director – Primary Care to lead our outpatient clinical team. Joining our organization as a full-time Medical Director – Primary Care offers the chance to work with a manageable patient panel and support a team of primary care physicians and nurse practitioners. You'll direct clinical operations, implement best practices, and champion patient-centric initiatives that reflect our organizational values. As a Medical Director – Primary Care, you will collaborate with in-house consulting specialists (including cardiology and podiatry), and help patients access holistic services like acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling. Our commitment to comprehensive care includes supporting our patients with transportation services and integrating innovative approaches to healthcare. The role is pivotal in shaping clinic operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional standards of care.
The ideal candidate will be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, and possess an MD or DO degree in a related specialty. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical experience in geriatrics or family practice, with leadership experience highly preferred. Superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential to managing both clinical and operational aspects of our outpatient center. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally are also required.
