Candidates for the Medical Director – Primary Care role must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine. A medical degree (MD or DO) in one of these fields, along with at least one year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice settings, is required. Leadership experience is preferred, as is proficiency in communication, analytics, and the use of Microsoft Office. The ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally is also necessary.
