As the Medical Director, Primary Care, you will oversee a dedicated team of primary care providers (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), ensuring high-quality, coordinated care for a small, manageable panel of senior patients. The focus on value-based care allows for meaningful patient-provider relationships and measurable health improvements. In this role, you will guide clinical practice, participate in strategic development, and contribute to operational excellence. The Medical Director, Primary Care will also benefit from robust leadership training programs, including PCP Black Belt Training and Medical Director Leadership Pathways, to further enhance your expertise and advance your career within the organization.
Our clinic provides a range of in-house specialty consults such as cardiology and podiatry, and offers holistic health services like acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling. Medical Director, Primary Care - Summary- Lead a primary care outpatient clinic focused on value-based care for senior patients with complex health needs
- Oversee a team of primary care providers and nurse practitioners

- Supervise and mentor PCPs and NPs within the clinic

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, analytic, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally
- Demonstrates passion for serving senior populations with complex healthcare needs
