The Medical Director, Primary Care, is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, managing a small patient panel, and mentoring a team of providers. The role involves spearheading initiatives to improve quality of care, supporting the professional development of staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The patient population primarily consists of seniors with multiple chronic conditions, making the ability to deliver holistic and coordinated care essential. The organization provides comprehensive in-house services, including specialty consultations and wellness programs such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutritional guidance. Patients benefit from door-to-door transportation services for improved access to care.

Applicants must possess board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, alongside a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. At least one year of clinical experience in a relevant setting is required, and prior leadership experience is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
