Medical Director – Primary Care Summary
- Lead a primary care outpatient clinic focused on value-based care for seniors.
- Oversee clinical operations, supervise primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), and maintain a manageable patient panel.
- Contribute to our mission-driven culture with a focus on quality, compassionate, and holistic care.
- Participate in ongoing leadership training and professional development opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct daily clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Supervise and mentor PCPs and NPs, providing leadership and support for professional growth.
- Maintain a small patient panel (approximately 60-90 patients) to allow for personalized care.
- Manage care for senior patients with complex, chronic conditions using a value-based care approach.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists and holistic health service providers.
- Participate in and promote leadership development programs such as PCP Black Belt Training and Center Operations training.
- Monitor and drive clinical quality, financial performance, and growth initiatives for the center.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting; leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
