Medical Director – Primary Care: Summary- Leadership role overseeing clinical operations in a primary care outpatient setting.
- Direct patient care for a small panel of seniors with complex health needs.
- Collaborative, value-based care model emphasizing holistic wellness.

- Lead and manage a clinical team of Primary Care Physicians and Nurse Practitioners.

- Participate in training programs, including clinical leadership, medical economics, and center operations.

- Ensure patient access to supportive services, including transportation as needed.
- Monitor and enhance clinical quality, safety, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Minimum of one year clinical experience in geriatric or family practice setting; leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as required.
- Proven track record in clinical leadership and direct patient care.
