The Medical Director – Primary Care will oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of effective, compassionate care. You will also be involved in staff leadership, mentoring, and advancing our clinical team’s capabilities through structured training programs, including PCP Black Belt Training, Medical Director and Center Operations, and the Leadership Pathways Program.

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
- Demonstrates genuine commitment to senior patient care and value-based healthcare models
- Experienced in leading clinical teams in an outpatient setting
- Excels at building collaborative, multidisciplinary care environments
- Comfortable with a small patient panel, enabling deep patient relationships
