Medical Director – Primary Care Summary
- Lead a mission-driven, primary care outpatient clinic
- Oversee small patient panels of seniors with complex needs

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for a panel of senior patients with multiple chronic conditions
- Supervise and support primary care physicians and nurse practitioners to maintain high clinical standards
- Participate in and lead regular case reviews and care planning sessions
- Implement and monitor value-based care strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with organizational protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality initiatives
- Collaborate with in-house specialists, including cardiology, podiatry, and holistic health providers such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition experts
- Attend and contribute to leadership development programs and ongoing training
- Participate in medical economics and center financial performance discussions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine
- MD or DO degree in relevant specialty
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in geriatric, family, or internal medicine setting
- Demonstrated leadership abilities; experience managing clinical teams preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
