The Medical Director – Primary Care will oversee a dedicated team of primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), manage a small patient panel, and ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a value-based model.

Medical Director – Primary Care Summary
- Lead a multidisciplinary clinical team focused on high-quality, value-based senior care
- Oversee the clinical operations of a primary care outpatient center
- Manage a small, focused patient panel of seniors with complex chronic conditions
- Collaborate with specialists and holistic health practitioners to optimize patient outcomes
- Champion organizational mission and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor primary care providers, including PCPs and NPs
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff
- Ensure delivery of evidence-based, value-driven care to a panel of 60–90 patients
- Facilitate access to in-house consulting specialists (e.g., cardiology, podiatry)
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee holistic health services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition support
- Collaborate with center operations in financial performance and medical economics
- Maintain strong communication with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
- Support sales and growth strategies within the outpatient center
- Participate in ongoing leadership development programs

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum of 1 year clinical practice experience in geriatrics or family medicine
- Prior leadership experience in a clinical setting is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
