Medical Director – Primary Care Summary- Full-time leadership role in primary care outpatient setting

- Manage patient panels of 60–90 individuals, focusing on seniors with complex health needs
- Participate in and implement leadership training programs (e.g., PCP Black Belt Training, Center Operations)
- Monitor and optimize center financial performance and medical economics
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists and holistic care teams
- Promote continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Contribute to organizational growth and participate in sales initiatives as needed

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine
- At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
