This full-time Medical Director - Primary Care position is designed for those passionate about clinical leadership, patient care, and healthcare innovation. Located in St. Louis, MO, the clinic provides a supportive environment where you will oversee a dedicated team of primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), ensuring the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based care. The work schedule is designed to promote work/life balance, with regular weekday hours and no requirement for weekend or late-evening shifts.
Our patient population primarily consists of seniors living with multiple chronic conditions. The clinic’s small patient panel size—ranging from 60 to 90 patients—allows each Medical Director - Primary Care to provide personalized, attentive care while fostering meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Our care model emphasizes preventive medicine, holistic health, and a coordinated, interdisciplinary approach supported by in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other fields. Patients also benefit from holistic health services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutritional counseling. To further support our patients, complimentary door-to-door transportation services are provided.
As the Medical Director - Primary Care, you will play a central role in mentoring providers, managing clinical operations, and supporting the delivery of value-based care. Comprehensive training is provided through programs such as PCP Black Belt Training, Medical Director and Center Operations, and Leadership Pathways. These initiatives are designed to empower you with the skills needed to drive clinical excellence and operational success.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (FM, IM, or Geriatrics)
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally for training or meetings
- Demonstrates a passion for caring for seniors and improving population health
