The Medical Director – Primary Care will oversee clinical operations within an outpatient setting, managing a dedicated team of primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) who serve a panel of senior patients. The patient population primarily consists of older adults with complex healthcare needs, including multiple chronic conditions. This role is vital in advancing our mission to honor seniors with comprehensive, high-touch care, while fostering a collaborative, supportive clinical environment.

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician (MD/DO) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. At least one year of clinical experience in a primary care, geriatric, or family practice setting is required. Leadership experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess outstanding communication, analytical, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally is also necessary.
