Medical Director – MD/DO, Primary Care – Summary
- Leadership role overseeing clinical operations in a senior-focused primary care clinic
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Care delivery model focused on value-based, patient-centered care
- Manage a small patient panel and lead a team of PCPs and NPs

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support primary care providers and nurse practitioners
- Oversee the clinical management of a panel of 60-90 senior patients, focusing on those with multiple chronic conditions
- Champion value-based care initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Participate in center operations, financial performance, and growth strategies
- Engage in ongoing training such as PCP Black Belt Training, Medical Director Essentials, and Leadership Pathways Programs
- Collaborate with in-house specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and holistic health services
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and patient-centered clinic environment
- Coordinate patient services, including transportation and access to holistic health offerings

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed
