As a Medical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, lead and mentor a team of Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and ensure the highest standards of patient care are met. Medical Director - Summary

- Manage clinic operations to deliver high-quality, value-based care for seniors with multiple chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists (cardiology, podiatry, and more) and holistic health practitioners.
- Implement and oversee patient care protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and operational strategies.
- Engage in leadership training, including Medical Director and Center Operations, to maximize clinic performance.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Promote a culture of excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatrics.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) in relevant specialty.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed.
