Serving a senior patient population, the Medical Director will oversee a collaborative clinical environment, ensuring the highest standards of care. This position involves managing a select team of primary care providers (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), with the overarching goal of delivering comprehensive, coordinated healthcare to patients coping with multiple chronic illnesses. Medical Director - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop PCPs and NPs to ensure delivery of high-quality care
- Manage a patient panel of 60-90 seniors, each with multiple chronic conditions
- Implement and maintain value-based care strategies to optimize patient outcomes
- Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists, including cardiology and podiatry
- Oversee holistic health services such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling
- Monitor clinic performance, including medical economics and financial outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in leadership pathways, operations, and growth initiatives
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff members

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
