Medical Director - Full-Time

As a Medical Director, you will lead a primary care clinic that serves seniors with complex, chronic health needs. You will supervise and collaborate with Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and other clinical staff, ensuring the highest standards of value-based care. With a manageable patient panel and access to comprehensive support resources, you will have the opportunity to focus on both direct patient care and the professional development of your team. The clinic provides an environment where the Medical Director can foster continuous improvement, innovation, and a culture of holistic, patient-centered care.

The clinic features in-house consulting specialists, including Cardiology and Podiatry, as well as holistic health services such as Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Nutrition support. Door-to-door transportation is available for patients to ensure consistent access to care. The Medical Director will work closely with these services to coordinate and optimize care for a patient population primarily composed of seniors managing multiple chronic conditions. - Collaborate with the team on clinical decision-making, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
