Medical Assistant (MA) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Laboratory Assistance: Collect and process laboratory specimens, perform routine laboratory tests, and follow proper protocols for the safe handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating clear communication about treatment plans, test results, and follow-up care instructions. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medical Assistant (MA) is highly preferred.
