Job Summary: Deypher is seeking experienced recruiter to support the placement of qualified candidates on Federal contracts in Military Treatment Facilities throughout the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruiting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Associate's degree in medical or business focus
- Experience:
- 2+ years in government healthcare recruiting
- Proven ability to support multiple LCATs, including structured and competency-based interviews
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to manage client and candidate relationships effectively
- Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to fully understand position requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, and hire qualified professionals for a wide range of healthcare roles, including physicians, nurses, specialists, technicians, and administrative staff
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, industry contacts, professional associations, trade groups, and employee referrals
- Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Promote Deyphers reputation as an employer of choice within the healthcare and federal contracting community
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Stay current with recruiting trends, tools, and best practices; recommend improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all federal, regulatory, and contractual recruitment requirements
Work Environment and Schedule: Remote/Hybrid San Antonio. Variable working hours to meet the needs of candidates to fill assigned requisitions.
