Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup, trafficking, and launch of creative assets for television media campaigns
- Manage creative delivery via third-party trafficking and asset management platforms
- Verify the implementation of creative versions, language specifications, tracking elements, and destination URLs
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews prior to campaign launches, including asset validation, flight date checks, placement confirmation, and tracking accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date trafficking documentation, launch trackers, asset mapping files, and campaign records
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies that impact campaign timing, delivery, or reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Media Planning, Analytics, Production, Ad Operations, and external vendors to support campaign readiness
- Provide timely and clear updates on campaign launch status, risks, and operational needs
- Monitor campaign launches to confirm that assets are live and functioning as intended
- Assist with post-launch troubleshooting, implement corrections, and participate in reconciliation activities as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in media trafficking, ad operations, campaign coordination, or related roles within digital or media environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting media or advertising campaign executions in deadline-driven settings
- Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience working with third-party trafficking or creative distribution platforms
