- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and deadlines
- Source, interview, and present top candidates for multiple positions
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires supporting major media initiatives
- Contribute to the success of national broadcast and digital content projects
- Recruit and hire for nine broadcast and media production positions within a specified timeframe
- Focus talent searches on Producers, Executive Producers, Associate Producers, and Bookers
- Manage a fast-paced, deadline-driven recruitment process to meet program launch goals
- Partner with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with organizational needs
- Utilize industry best practices to source, screen, and select high-quality candidates
- Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and facilitate offer processes
- Track recruitment metrics and report progress to stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
