Mechanical Project Manager - Summary
- Oversee mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Work across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all field personnel assigned to mechanical construction projects.
- Oversee labor productivity, quality assurance, and on-site field coordination to ensure optimal project execution.
- Manage and monitor project financial performance, including detailed forecasting, cash flow analysis, and robust reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Administer and document change orders, ensuring all project records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients and subcontractors to promote transparency and collaboration.
- Direct all aspects of project execution in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Supervise and support team members, fostering accountability and professional development throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of each project and the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical construction management
- Demonstrated success managing projects from beginning to end
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting), and QuoteSoft Estimating Software
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint)
- Core Attributes:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
