Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of mechanical construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasting, including cost control, billing, and cash flow.
- Supervise field operations, labor productivity, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Administer change orders, maintain accurate project documentation, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Mentor and supervise project team members, promoting their professional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing mechanical construction projects, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting), QuoteSoft Estimating Software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint).
