Mechanical Project Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of assigned mechanical construction projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and performance goals.
- Oversee field operations, focusing on labor productivity, coordination, and quality assurance to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, billing, and cash flow management to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring efficient and timely project delivery.
- Administer change orders, maintain accurate project documentation, and ensure contractual compliance at all times.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
- Mentor and supervise team members, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and all safety programs to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience managing mechanical construction projects, ideally in commercial or industrial environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining high standards.
- Technical proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting), and QuoteSoft Estimating Software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPoint.
