Duties & Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety and productivity of field personnel at all stages of the project.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow, projections, and comprehensive reporting.
- Direct material and equipment procurement, as well as change order administration.
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance and ensure contract compliance throughout the project.
- Serve as the primary liaison with owners, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee financial outcomes for projects, including cost control and billing processes.
- Mentor and manage project teams, providing leadership and guidance to direct reports.
- Uphold and enforce company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in mechanical contracting project management.
- At least 5 years’ experience on industrial projects and in design-assist roles.
- Proven track record managing projects valued between $15 million and $200 million.
- Experience working in healthcare, data center, laboratory, higher education, or semiconductor environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and Viewpoint.
- Strong business math and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in fast-paced settings.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow complex instructions across various formats.
