Mechanical Project Engineer - Summary- Support Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing mechanical construction projects
- Work closely with field supervisors and BIM teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Maintain and update project documentation, including logs and change orders
- Foster professional growth within a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Assist Project Managers with all aspects of plumbing and HVAC construction projects
- Coordinate with field supervisors and provide ongoing support
- Attend project and BIM coordination meetings as required
- Update and manage project logs and documentation
- Prepare and price change orders
- Manage RFIs in collaboration with project leadership
- Participate in submittal and procurement processes
- Download and distribute project files to team members
- Disseminate responses from design teams to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in developing manpower loading charts with foremen and superintendents
- Ensure timely submission of required documentation to contractors
- Support project projection processes and administrative tasks as needed
