- Monitor all addenda, scope changes, and breakouts to ensure timely updates to estimates.
- Communicate with internal customers regarding project specifications, scope, value engineering, and timelines.
- Verify and enter specifications summary data into takeoff software.
- Identify and resolve missing pricing for labor, materials, and scope items.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary pricing for bid completion.

Qualifications & Requirements
