This includes connecting wires, tightening bolts, aligning mechanical parts, and using torque tools to secure components. Pre-assembly of subcomponents such as engines, water pumps, transmissions, and blade guards is often required before the final product installation. Mechanical Assemblers are also responsible for applying decals, performing minor paint touch-ups, and ensuring the final product meets company appearance and function standards.
