Mechanical Assembler - Summary
- Responsible for assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical products on an assembly line
- Performs tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing

Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute a wide variety of assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies, including electronic and electro-mechanical components
- Interpret and follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, and formal procedures to complete tasks accurately
- Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assigned units
- Make necessary setups and adjustments, ensuring all tolerances are held according to specifications
- Carry out repetitive tasks on the assembly line in a consistent and efficient manner
- Document work performed by accurately completing all required paperwork and records
- Lift and move materials as necessary, typically not exceeding 15 pounds
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and quality protocols
- Participate in occasional overtime as required to support production schedules
