We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As an MDM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and leading the enterprise architecture for mobile device and endpoint management, leveraging best-in-class Microsoft tools. You will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application stakeholders, to implement comprehensive governance for endpoint compliance and align device management strategies with Zero Trust security principles.
In this role, you will focus on integrating Microsoft 365 mobile access and security protocols into the overarching device management framework. Your expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) architecture, Azure AD, Conditional Access, and security baselines will ensure the organization's endpoints remain secure, compliant, and optimized for productivity. MDM Architect - Summary
- Design and lead enterprise architecture for mobile device and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Develop secure, scalable device management strategies aligned with Zero Trust security principles.
- Implement governance for endpoint compliance across the organization.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment with enterprise security, identity, and cloud strategies.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 mobile access and security patterns into the organization’s device management framework.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Establish and enforce device compliance, configuration policies, and security baselines for all endpoints.
- Work closely with IT security teams to ensure device management aligns with Zero Trust security models.
- Develop and document device management strategies that support scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate device management solutions with existing cloud and security frameworks.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 mobile access security patterns within the organization’s MDM architecture.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the device management framework modern and effective.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience architecting or leading enterprise endpoint or mobile device management solutions.
- At least 4 years’ hands-on expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) architecture and policy design.
- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Conditional Access integration in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience designing and managing device compliance, configuration policies, and security baselines.
- Knowledge of integrating Microsoft 365 mobile access and security solutions into enterprise MDM frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a complex organizational setting.
