Duties & Responsibilities- Efficiently perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring that incoming and outgoing materials are processed accurately and promptly.
- Manage and maintain warehouse inventory, including conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track, log, and monitor the movement of inventory throughout the facility.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operational tasks, providing support as needed for a seamless workflow.
- Conduct order picking tasks with precision, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers for safe and efficient material handling.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, observing all safety protocols to prevent damage to goods and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet productivity targets while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, warehouse policies, and standard operating procedures.
