Marketing Specialist - Summary
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director to design, execute, and refine marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, collateral development, and event marketing.
- Utilize data analysis and trend monitoring to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing leadership to develop annual and quarterly marketing plans that drive organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, liberal arts, healthcare, or a related field with strong academic performance.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a marketing role, ideally within healthcare or a related sector.
