Marketing Project Management Platform Administrator - Summary- Support and manage the backend components of the Asana project management platform for marketing teams
- Ensure platform architecture aligns with organizational goals and taxonomy
- Implement and maintain automation, custom fields, intake forms, and reporting dashboards
- Conduct quality assurance to maintain platform consistency, hygiene, and optimal performance
- Maintain detailed documentation for setup, automation, and reporting functions
- Administer and optimize the backend of the Asana platform, including automation rules, custom fields, intake forms, and task templates
- Oversee the platform’s architecture and structure to ensure it supports multiple marketing teams and aligns with organizational objectives
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to validate automation processes and maintain platform hygiene
- Respond to ad hoc platform requests while ensuring compliance with governance protocols and best practices
- Develop and update comprehensive documentation for platform configuration, automation, and reporting features
- Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to facilitate complex, cross-functional workflow solutions
- Assist in the integration of new tools or features to enhance the platform's capabilities
- Support user training and troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality
