Marketing Coordinator - Summary
- Serve as a key support resource for the Gynecology Marketing Team in a leading healthcare organization.
- Facilitate the execution of marketing campaigns and internal communications initiatives.
- Assist in planning and supporting major medical conferences and events, ensuring seamless logistics and vendor coordination.
- Update and maintain digital platforms and marketing collateral to guarantee accuracy and accessibility.
- Participate in product launch activities, including documentation preparation and sales data analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate both internal and external communications, handling correspondence with vendors and customers to maintain strong relationships.
- Support the logistics of major medical conferences and events, from initial planning to on-site execution, ensuring all materials and arrangements are in place.
- Maintain and regularly update digital platforms and marketing collateral, ensuring information is current and accessible to stakeholders.
- Collaborate on product launches by preparing necessary documentation, assisting with the analysis of sales data, and managing the development of marketing materials.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, addressing team inquiries, managing logistics, and facilitating new hire onboarding processes.
- Work closely with team members and external partners to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant, preferably in a sales or marketing capacity.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
