Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in operations, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years of related professional experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
- Knowledge of SAP/CRM platforms preferred.
- Understanding of ERCOT, East, and Canada retail competition, customer protection rules, and the competitive retail environment is advantageous.
