Manufacturing Team Lead - Summary
- Lead and oversee team operations on the manufacturing floor

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, direct, and coach team members involved in picking, cleaning, processing, or packing products
- Ensure all daily inspections are performed and documented
- Train employees on safety protocols and operational procedures to achieve 100% adherence to standards
- Complete required production paperwork and manage documentation processes
- Identify and address safety hazards or unsafe behaviors through regular safety audits and initiatives
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to enhance workplace safety and efficiency
- Coordinate packaging and shipping of assemblies as needed
- Promote safe maintenance practices among team members
- Collaborate with management to align team efforts with organizational goals
- Lead and develop the team by setting clear, measurable targets
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary within the range of $16.00 - $16.50 per hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or team lead role
