Manufacturing Associate - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and dry manufactured parts and components for assembly.
- Carefully handle materials to prevent damage to finished or semi-finished products.
- Assist production and assembly teams with a range of general labor tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor, workstations, and equipment.
- Inspect components for cleanliness, defects, or inconsistencies prior to assembly.
- Package and stage materials for assembly, shipping, or inventory management.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and manufacturing protocols at all times.
- Operate basic hand tools, cleaning equipment, and production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
- Uphold productivity and quality standards in a deadline-driven manufacturing setting.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and production requirements.
- Perform other general warehouse or manufacturing duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor environment preferred.
- Experience with cleaning, prepping, handling, or packaging manufactured components is highly valued.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while upholding quality standards.
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift in an active work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.

- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
