- 10-12+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy & operations, or management consulting with direct M&A integration exposure
- Demonstrated success in building and managing integration PMOs within enterprise SaaS or technology sectors
- Strong cross-functional fluency in Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Go-to-Market functions
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Proven systems thinker with experience designing scalable integration frameworks
