IDR is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Tennessee. This role focuses on overseeing digital strategy and campaigns within a fast-paced music industry environment, supporting a roster of artists and managing various digital initiatives. The company operates in the music and entertainment industry, and this position offers an exciting chance to work on dynamic projects and upcoming releases.
Position Overview for the Manager, Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts for a roster of artists, coordinating all digital campaigns and store initiatives
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies to maximize engagement and reach
- Act as a liaison between the artist roster and media buyers to ensure timely ad placement for releases
- Manage social media backend activities and execute targeted social media campaigns
- Support team growth and collaborate effectively within a team of 9, expanding to 10 members
Requirements for the Manager, Digital Marketing:
- 2-3 years of experience in the digital marketing space, ideally with roster management experience
- Familiarity with social media backend platforms and campaign management
- Knowledge of CRM campaign execution and performance analysis
- Ability to analyze post and content engagement metrics to inform strategy
- Experience working with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and social media platforms; familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
