Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building equipment, machinery, and systems to maximize operational efficiency and equipment longevity.
- Troubleshoot and service electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct mechanical repairs, including welding, replacement of mechanical parts, and basic plumbing tasks to ensure reliability of all systems.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for scheduling and tracking of work orders.
- Supervise or coordinate with small teams or external contractors during maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Participate in residential facility maintenance, including painting projects and general upkeep, to enhance property aesthetics and utility.
- Interpret and apply technical schematics and wiring diagrams to execute precise repairs and installations.
- Lead or support maintenance efforts in manufacturing facilities, aiming to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Adhere to company safety standards and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably within manufacturing and/or residential environments.
- Extensive electrical knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical schematics, PLCs, and ohmmeters.
- Mechanical expertise, including welding and proficiency with mechanical systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams fluently.
- Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams or projects is preferred.
- Skilled in utilizing CMMS software for organizing and tracking maintenance tasks and work orders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to facilitate effective teamwork and reporting.
- Knowledge of residential painting and property maintenance techniques considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively under minimal supervision.
